RETURN PROCEDURES
- 1. Call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
- 2. Return Requirements: Please save & return the following:
- any remaining unused product packages
- the empty or used blister packs with original packaging (production
lot numbers from both the box and blister packs are needed for quality
control)
- a reason for the return (this is optional, but helps us improve our
product)
- 3. Provide your customer info:
- name
- address
- date of purchase
- purchase method
- returns are credited using the same method of purchase
- if a credit card was used, please provide only
the last 4 digits
